Workday Hris Compensation Analyst

 

Description:

Wayfair is looking for a Workday HRIS Compensation Analyst who specializes in Compensation and Advanced Compensation to join our growing Talent Technology and Compensation teams. The role will be part of our Global HRIS team, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Global Compensation team, and sit in our our Boston, MA headquarters. You will design Workday compensation solutions that enable scalability, function as the primary technical resource for compensation initiatives, and collaborate with partners across North America, Europe, and Asia.

What You’ll Do:
 

  • Design compensation solutions in Workday for an ever-changing organization with attention to scalability and consistency.
  • Support semi-annual compensation cycles, and more frequent compensation reviews for our frontline populations.
  • Lead Workday compensation projects through solution design, testing, and implementation, often serving as both the primary technical resource and the project manager.
  • Support building workday integrations with 3rd party systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.)
  • Monitor the efficacy and adoption of compensation solutions, identifying problems ahead of stakeholders and surfacing opportunities to enhance or scale solutions to better support business needs.
  • Help use Workday to drive compliance with regulations and Wayfair policies.
  • Handle sensitive data with care and only when necessary; ensuring all necessary security measures are taken.
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with
  • Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans

     

We Are a Match Because You Have:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of Workday configuration experience in Compensation
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations
  • Compensation subject matter expertise from a policy and process standpoint, unrelated to Workday
  • Experience maintaining systems that support complex organizations covering multiple geographies
  • Experience supporting a third-party payroll process or applicant tracking system in Workday with integrations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/GoogleDocs, and SQL.
