Wholesale Accounts Receivable Specialist

Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.

We are hiring a Wholesale Accounts Receivable Specialist to work with our Wholesale Director and Department. This position is full-time and can be hybrid.

The Wholesale Accounts Receivable Specialist will process invoices and credit notes and collect money from our specialty retailers and major department stores including Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Net-A-Porter, and Harrods.
