YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE

We are seeking a talented web developer with experience and a passion for marketing to join our team. In this role, you would be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and responsible for redesigning our website and optimizing it for inbound content marketing purposes. You will partner directly with and be an advisor to the marketing team and wider business to deliver a user experience that showcases our brand and encourages conversions.

ABOUT YOU

• Create and maintain a HubDB of content resources
• Be a development advisor and make decisions on existing code and identify areas for new code creation
• Maintain brand consistency throughout and design web pages consistent with the brand and for optimal functionality
• Determine the structure of our site for optimal user experience and enhance the user experience through new features, including chatbot
• Build and optimize landing pages for conversions
• Execute tasks with efficiency and precision, in alignment with our goals and quality standards
• Analyze web behavior and determine changes or adjustments as needed, and seek ways to improve the performance of the site
• Contribute to shaping the overall marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing team
• Partner directly with the executive team to understand the vision for the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in HubL, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other programming languages
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Understanding of HubSpot CRM capabilities
• Experience working in an agile marketing function and understanding of SEO principles
• Excellent written communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and have incredible attention to detail
• A lifelong learner with a desire for continuous improvement and expanding knowledge within the field of web development and marketing
• Understanding of key design principles
