Description:
The Role:
- Support the sales operations and sales enablement for the wider business
- Scope of role includes but is not limited to: backend support for Outreach, Salesforce and Salesloft
- Will also handle forecasting, training and development, process documentation and data analytics
- Work within the database to create leads for the sales development team
- Success of role is measured through quality of leads produced and data accuracy
- Likely will have the opportunity to grow out a team in the future
The Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years in a Sales/Revenue Operations role
- Experience of leading a small team
- Knowledge around the tech stack: Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau
- Comfortable with analysis and KPI setting
- Can come from software, consulting, or financial services
- Growth minded individual
- Based in Chicago
