As the VP of Sales, you will lead the development and execution of Xenios’s sales strategy while playing a critical role in building and scaling a high-performing sales organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable, results-oriented sales strategy aligned with Xenios’s business goals.
- Build, recruit, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive client acquisition and retention efforts to achieve aggressive growth objectives.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, developing relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Leverage existing networks and connections within the health, wellness, and entertainment industries, including celebrities, talent agencies, and influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Optimize lead management strategies and develop creative approaches for closing self-sourced opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, team metrics, and client feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully scaling revenue in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in selling comprehensive health and wellness programs or services is required.
- Strong connections and networks within the health and wellness, entertainment, or talent agency industries (e.g., celebrities, agents, or influencers).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
