Key responsibilities you will be in charge of

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Implement scalable sales processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual, who loves taking on new challenges, has a high level of energy, and is enthusiastic about the unique opportunity to be a member of a fast-growing Business Development team. Experience with Expert Network or related industries is mandatory. The person in this role will make a significant contribution to the growth and future success of Arbolus.

Requirements to succeed in this role

  • Proven Leadership: 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, Expert Networks, and related industries.
  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated success in driving significant portfólio growth and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of sales strategies in the industry; experience with Funds(Private Equity, Hedge Funds) or consulting clients is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team-Oriented: Passionate about mentoring and empowering your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growth scale-up environment.
