Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Process Optimization: Implement scalable sales processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
About you

Experience with Expert Network or related industries is mandatory. The person in this role will make a significant contribution to the growth and future success of Arbolus.
Requirements to succeed in this role
- Proven Leadership: 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, Expert Networks, and related industries.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated success in driving significant portfólio growth and achieving ambitious targets.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of sales strategies in the industry; experience with Funds(Private Equity, Hedge Funds) or consulting clients is highly desirable.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-Oriented: Passionate about mentoring and empowering your team to achieve their full potential.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growth scale-up environment.
