Description:
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, the position will provide HR-related guidance to senior leadership, managers and employees, ensuring compliance and fairness with policies, procedures, and regulations. The incumbent coordinates or completes all HR-related initiatives and tasks for the Association.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or closely related field. Three years of human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
