Description:

As the Vice President of Business Development, you will have three primary objectives: develop and execute growth strategies, lead customer acquisition and retention efforts, and drive partnership development. You'll leverage market intelligence, data analytics, and your leadership skills to ensure our client's continued success and growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement innovative growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Lead a team in executing customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Implement retention strategies in partnership with the MD of Customer Solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to expand our reach.
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
  • Leverage CRM systems for targeted customer outreach.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team.
  • Develop and implement a competitive compensation program.

 

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in the digital industry (ideally having experience within a marketing/advertising agency)
  • Demonstrated a history of winning new business
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Competencies: Strategic vision, business acumen, communication skills, and networking ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
