We are now expanding our team to include a dynamic Sales Representative based in Argentina who will play a critical role in driving our growth.

Role Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position focused on lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop strategies that attract and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the US market using tools like LinkedIn, online directories, and other platforms.
• Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, introduce our services, and build rapport to generate interest.
• Email Marketing: Create personalized email campaigns to engage leads and follow up effectively.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, including lead status and follow-up schedules.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Client Communication: Schedule meetings or calls between interested prospects and senior leadership for further discussions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferably in B2B services).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over calls and emails.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of virtual assistant services or outsourcing is an advantage but not required.
