- Increase sales by effectively training the Retails Sales Associates during inbound & outbound video calls
- Maintain knowledge of the products or services you are representing
- Utilize provided digital content to promote the products we represent based on needs analysis
- Solve unexpected issues that occur in rapidly changing retail environments
- Maintain a professional image and appearance
- Engage and connect with customers and retail sales associates over video conferencing tools
Here’s what you need to ROC this role:
- Energetic, positive, approach to engagement and training through the digital/video setting
- Experience with Home Appliance & Consumer Electronics is a plus
- Goal oriented and strong sense of commitment to reaching daily targets while working independently
- Good at establishing rapport and building relationships quickly
- High School Diploma or Relevant Experience Preferred
- Understanding of basic computer and internet technology
- Must be comfortable being on camera daily meeting and greeting new people
- Will have set hours every week
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
- Bi-lingual is preferred
- Proficient written & verbal communication
