Description:
The Manager of Inside Sales in the T-Mobile for Business Channel will lead a team of up to 6 Inside Sales Coaches to drive sales attribution and overall channel performance. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of Inside Sales operational efficiencies, productivity, and the T-Mobile Brand Experience. The Manger Inside Sales will lead a collaborative effort to ensure the assigned team is executing on Inside Sales KPI's and Program Benchmarks as this position is a key contributor to TFB's sales results. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance management and career development.
