Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A degree or background in law or legal services is a plus.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets within the legal industry, in legal process outsourcing or related services.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions for customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of legal processes, litigation support, e-discovery, contract management, or other legal support services.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools to effectively manage sales process and track metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers, close deals, attend industry events, and get business from across North America.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rapidly acquire new customers in the legal industry, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal service providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships of trust, to anticipate and serve the growing needs of customers.
  • Set ambitious sales targets basis size and growth of the US market, and achieve them.
  • Generate referrals by networking with key external stakeholders – decision makers and influencers – in the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders – operations, marketing, finance - to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, and increased revenue from existing customers.
  • Manage the end to end Sales funnel i.e. healthy pipeline, lead qualification and large deal closures.
  • Monitor sales performance vs metrics, analyze data and manage the financial aspects of Sales.
  • Act as a role model of company vision and values, to build and inspire a world-class sales team.
