Vice President Operations

Description:

Our client, a leading provider of youth wellness programs and resources has an exciting and rare opportunity for a VP of Operations to join their Salem, OR based team. Reporting to the COO, the VP of Operations will have a direct impact on the success of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and implement company strategies
• Ensure assigned sites are operationally sound and profitable
• Recruit, train and motivate program directors
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive volume and margin
• Work closely with and support site leadership

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. MBA strongly preferred
• Experience managing multi-site operations
• Solid business and financial acumen
• Ability to drive change through collaboration and relationship building
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
