Description:
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading our marketing efforts, supporting our goals of deepening and broadening our impact within the early care and education market in the United States. As our Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes brand consideration, demand generation, customer marketing, thought leadership, and more. You will lead and grow a high-performing marketing team and will collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners.
What You'll Work On
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's
- goals, mission, vision, and values
- Oversees all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, product marketing, brand,
- advertising, digital/growth marketing, content marketing, events, and partner marketing
- Builds deep expertise on our offerings and our audiences in the field of early care and education
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns that improve consideration and understanding, generate leads, and drive sales
- Partners with product and business development teams to ensure excellence in launches and landings, for our product marketing
About You (Requirements/Competencies):
- Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of B2B, product, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive measurable results.
- Experience with a variety of marketing channels, especially product marketing, digital/growth marketing, and content marketing
- Expertise in using analytics and metrics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making, ensuring alignment with business goals.
