Vice President Deposit Operations Rosemont, IL Hybrid Schedule $50B Organization!
- Description:* Key Responsibilities: Accountable for driving transformational change, operational excellence, employee and client experience across Bank Operations
- Lead team of approximately 70 professionals to ensure day to day execution is performed in compliance with regulatory guidance, policies and procedures
- Partner and/or lead initiatives across the organization to analyze and implement new systems. This includes change readiness, execution and sustainment plans. Education Required: Bachelors’ Degree required. Ideally, Business, Communications, Psychology.
Open to someone with no degree but great experience. Years of experience: 10+ years’ experience in financial services, specifically in the areas of operations, customer experience and risk management/controls;
Systems/applications: Specialized Banking systems preferred, FIS, etc. Run the Business – Day to Day Leadership:
- Define and implement capacity/staffing models and commensurate operations structure and processes to support operating businesses
- Ensure daily processes and activities are completed timely and accurately inclusive of management measurement/tracking and monitoring (e.g. Key Performance and Risk Indicators)
- Continuously improve processes and leverage best practices to transform “what” we do and “how” we do it Managerial Leadership:
- Proactively support continuous learning opportunities and ensure all employees have career conversations and development plans to continue to grow internal talent
- Establish clear goals and objectives and provide consistent feedback on performance including formal reviews, conducting regular 1/1s and team meetings, including skip level
- Focus on inclusion and employee experience to improve overall Employee Engagement
