Description:
The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business, if local to a Prudential office. If you are not local, it will be virtual with some occasions where you will be required to be on-site at a Prudential office. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top regional sales talent who can build and promote a high performing Medical Stop Loss culture, working collaboratively with the Group Insurance Distribution Organization.
- Partner with Distribution leadership to achieve shared sales and retention goals, evaluate those results against goals, while staying ahead of trends and taking proactive actions to steer business outcomes.
- Ensure Distribution employees have the right tools, resources, and support to grow our Medical Stop Loss market share.
- Collaborate with the P&L Head of MSL, Operations, and other partners to align on long-term business outcomes that will focus on continuous growth, while monitoring potential impacts to profit and loss.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure producer and customer needs are understood and satisfied while aligning with the overall Group Insurance strategy.
- Champion continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction for our Medical Stop Loss offering.
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the Medical Stop Loss marketplace and executive leadership.
- Ability to drive and deliver results in a shared goal organization.
- Proven ability to create a positive work environment, with a focus on transparency, execution, and teamwork.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and partnership skills, delivering results through a cross-functional team and matrixed environment.
- Forward thinking, profitable growth mindset leader.
It’d be a plus if you had:
- Firm knowledge of Prudential’s group products and services.
- Experience managing the P&L of the Medical Stop Loss product
