Venture Capital Associate

The O’Melveny New York office is looking to hire an associate with three to six years of experience for the M&A practice group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with both traditional M&A and venture capital work and be able to take a lead role in drafting and reviewing deal documents and in managing transactions. Candidates must be willing to spend some time in the Washington DC office of O’Melveny on a periodic basis (i.e., a few days a month).
