THE FUNCTION
The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is a function within theWorkplace team in People & Culture at Gen Digital. You are a part of a team that oversees third-party vendor agreements that support Gen Digital business.
Responsibilitie
The principal responsibilities related to Vendor Management Office; Sr. Vendor Analyst will include:
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATIO
Establishes, and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Coordinates discussions and reviews with various client stakeholder
Establish, maintain, and enforce standards for data integrity within Client’s Vendor Contract System (“VCS”) as part of the Contract Approval Process
Align with service line to provide Send ‘Notice of Acquisition’ letters to vendors upon close of an M&A transaction
Participates in projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the organizational strategyComplete Assignments of vendor agreements that result from M&A activity or legal entity liquidations.
Process termination letters for vendor agreements
Coordinate updating Data Privacy Addendums and MPSR’s as Compliance makes updates
Collect certifications from vendors that the Business Continuity commitments are being met
Manage vendor correspondence in the e-mail inbox
Make effective use of technology to achieve results
Ensuring Notice Sections are current and notify vendors of changes
Provide Supplier Administration with a report for vendors that need to reverify financial documents for international suppliers every 2 years, commence on month 20.
Collect Certificates of Insurance from vendors
M&A Reviews of agreements to ensure that all the bullets above are reviewed and updated
Ensure vendor is following the Business Continuity procedures
Complete ongoing reviews and audits of vendor agreements
TECHNOLOGY
Responsible for administration of the Contract Repository in Agiloft.
