Vdot Programmer Analyst – .net Core

Description:

Seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of experience in .NET web application development. This role requires expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor), CSS3, and HTML5. The developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining high-quality .NET Core applications while adhering to best practices and Agile SDLC methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop applications and backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Create scalable, maintainable software using established design patterns.
Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
Collaborate with business analysts and project stakeholders to clarify and implement requirements.
Leverage expertise in Oracle SQL Server, PL/SQL, and process automation for database-driven applications.
Participate in Agile SDLC processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years in web application development with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor), CSS3, and HTML5.
12+ years of experience with automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation.
7+ years working with Oracle SQL Server and PL/SQL.
7+ years of experience in process automation and troubleshooting.
3+ years of experience with Agile SDLC practices.
Additional Details:
Candidates must reside in Richmond, VA.
Interviews will be conducted onsite.
This position requires onsite presence at 1401 East Broad Street, Richmond, VA, three days per week.
Potential for long-term assignment (up to 24 months).
