If you are an energetic Valve Condition Monitoring Analyst looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in (X), you will be responsible for for analyzing customer data on a regularly scheduled frequency and providing comprehensive reports to our Impact Partners and customers in a timely and quality manner.

As a Valve Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will:
 

  • Provides remote support to customers using the Fieldbit App or other necessary means.
  • Reviews and analyzes customer diagnostic data on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Maintaining client relation and communicate project progress and status in a clear method.
  • Travels to customer sites to provide on-site support for software implementation and asset configuration.
  • Conducts educational sessions, demonstrations, and consultations with customers both onsite and virtually.
  • Utilizes the Emerson Walkdown App and Asset Management software for the deployment of Asset Management tags.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, reports, and project statuses.
  • Acts as a technical subject matter expert for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Compiles comprehensive monthly or quarterly reports for customers
  • Promotes the service offering through targeted business development activities.
  • Participates in several business-related meetings and events, including FIELDVUE™ Champions annual event and Digital Valve Service’s Champion’s summits.

Required education, experience & skills:
 

  • High School diploma and 3+ years’ experience as a valve technician, or with a combination of previous service work experience.
    • Well-versed in valve diagnostics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills - ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines with minimal oversight
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
     

Preferred education, experience & skills:
 

  • Knowledge of and prior experience with Fisher products, manufacturing processes and organization preferred.
  • Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
  • Training & delivery experience
