Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead user interviews and tests to gather insights crucial for product design.
• Create and refine designs based on user feedback, ensuring alignment with user needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and R&D to understand customer needs and product requirements.
• Apply user-centered design best practices to conceptualize and validate designs.
• Generate high and low-fidelity prototypes to facilitate rapid design iteration and user testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure consistent implementation of design styles and interaction patterns.
• Envision the broader scope effectively to contribute to the creation of innovative product designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Completion of Graphic Design or User Experience Design courses is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, information architecture, or user research.
• Technical skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to analyze and utilize usage data for design decisions.
• Strong motivation for learning and growth.
• Experience blending user-centered design with agile development.
• Understanding of accessibility standards is a plus.
• Prior usability testing experience preferred.
