Description:
As a UX Designer II, you will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that enhances the user experience across our client's suite of digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences and a strong background in UI/UX design.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate user experience design requirements for our digital products and services.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Create high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital interfaces.
- Test UI elements, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, and page flows for landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and both internal and external designers to deliver customized digital user experiences.
- Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhere to brand standards on typography and graphic design.
- Generate multiple credible design solutions and exhibit mastery of design tools and software.
- Identify design problems and recommend effective solutions within project briefs.
- Independently work on open-ended problems with some guidance, exploring, refining, and documenting solutions.
- Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in UX design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field.
- Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences.
- Strong user-centric design experience, particularly with business or technical web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot, or similar interfaces.
- Desired Skills:
- Expertise in conversational channels such as Chatbot, IVR, SMS, and Assisted.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing UX design work from concept to prototype (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.).
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Experience contributing to design programs or shipping products.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly experiences.
- Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and e-commerce journey designs.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Smart Sheets, and Google Suite.
