Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development teams to design intuitive, user-centric web applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Develop and maintain user interface components using HTML, CSS, and React.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum usability.

• Work closely with developers to integrate UI components with backend systems.

• Continuously improve the design process and contribute to the team’s agile development practices.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Specialist, or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.

• Proficiency in front-end development languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with React and component-based architecture.

• Familiarity with responsive design principles.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agile development environment.

• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries is a plus.

• ERP systems knowledge and business knowledge in sales/finance/wholesales area is a plus.
