User Experience Designer

Description:

The Senior Experience Design role requires a focused and thorough individual with successful prior experience building robust and innovative digital platforms. The Senior Experience Designer will be responsible for supporting Agile routines, leading workshops with clients, collaborating with designers, developers and client stakeholders, and delivering fast-paced UX thinking in unrefined prototypes.

What you've got:

· 5+ years of professional experience within UX discipline in digital agency or marketing consultancy environments

o extra bonus points for: working at a startup or having the opportunity help shape an approach or end product.

· Dynamic portfolio of complex, digital experiences for global brands.

· Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').

· Bias for action and tolerance to navigate a sometimes-ambiguous environment.

· Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills

o Exceptional abilities to explain design rationale, to align and persuade stakeholders, and to drive conversation

o Solid understanding of other disciplines (such as business, technology, delivery, marketing, and content) needed to create a brilliant product

o Appreciation for other disciplines (such as business, technology, delivery, marketing, and content) needed to create a brilliant product

· Proficiency in XD tools such as : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Craft, Zeplin and Keynote.
