Description:
TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Design, structure, and execute programs and activations that will drive key growth metrics and support desired business outcomes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop educational playbooks to assist with key growth metrics and to drive product adoption.
- Support the Product team to successfully drive creator awareness and adoption of new and improved product features.
- Analyze program performance and present findings, identify trends, and patterns to inform future program development and rollout
- Identify and understand trends in TikTok user communities and social media and leverage insights in program designs.
- Contribute to team business strategy, OKRs, formulation of tentpole moments and timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, program optimization, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years of working experience that should include roles at leading internet, gaming, sports, or entertainment companies. Prior marketing, operations, and influencer management experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units
- Demonstrated exceptional time, people, and project management skills
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional role
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
