Description:
The US Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high impact regional activities that create, accelerate, and close pipeline. This individual will be responsible for working cross-functionally to build integrated plans that align to sales priorities. The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of delivering results, making data-driven decisions, thinks creatively, and has a passion for supporting sales.
You will report to the Head of Americas Field Marketing and will partner with other teams across the organization including marketing, sales, BDRs, and channel to ensure goal alignment, customer-centricity, and optimal ROI.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities
- Build a regional strategy that aligns to sales priorities and delivers on pipeline and revenue goals
- Develop and execute demand gen marketing programs that include Zoom-led events, third party sponsorships, roundtables, industry events, virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, and roadshows
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales leadership, account executives, BDRs, channel partners, etc. to deliver comprehensive marketing plan that will meet and achieve pipeline targets
- Forecast, measure, and analyze campaign performance and optimize if necessary
- Manage quarterly regional field budget
- Deliver regular, proactive communication with sales and marketing leaders, sharing pipeline results, trends, and insights
- Support all corporate initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices, and serve as advocate and marketing information source for the region
About You
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, including field marketing in software/technology
- Experience marketing to corporate IT functions in enterprise companies
- Strong project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decision
- Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, partners, and customers
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization
- Outcome driven, analytical, and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs
