Top Requirements/Must Haves:

• Base Knowledge of UKG Pro – Especially: UKG Pro Administration, UKG Pro Report Writing (Cognos BI).

• Maintain Confidentiality with professionalism.

• Experience working in UKG Pro Time Management (UTM), Recruiting and/or Onboarding would be helpful but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure the stability and performance of the UKG system during 2023, we believe it is critical to retain a resource who could assist the SR HRIS Analyst in providing support for the day-to-day activities required in the system, support end-users, and who could handle critical tasks as required.

Ideally it would be best to find someone who already has a base knowledge of UKG Pro, especially:

• System/User Administration

• Cognos BI Reports

• Time Management (UTM)

• Recruiting / Onboarding

• Master Data Management (primarily Job Codes/Job Groups)

Victory is currently utilizing the following modules:

• Recruiting

• Onboarding

• HR

• Payroll

• Time Management

• Performance Management

• Cognos BI

• Global (for Mexico)

• UDES (UKG Data Exchange Services)

• Backoffice (this is the back end of UKG Pro that only Enterprise Customers have – it pre-dates the Web version)

• Test Environment

• Payment Services (Payroll Tax Mgmt /W2 Printing)

• PPACA Administration (1094 / 1095-C Filing) (this does not include preparation, filing only)
