What you will be doing

● As our UI/UX DesignExpert you will be spearheading the efforts to build our top notch digital user experience, on the website and on the applications.

● Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability and exceptional visual design.

● Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

● Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user/

● Prepare sketches, illustrations and artwork involving freehand drawing and lettering for digital use.

● Take into account existing insights, industry best practices, technical constraints and specific platform demands to recommend appropriate solutions.

● Practice communication, presentation and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.

What we're looking for:

● A Bachelor’s degree in digital design or a related field or equivalent level of on-the-job training.

● 2 years of UX/UX design experience.
● Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma or similar
● Experience designing in the digital space for aviation a plus.
● Profound UI/UX design experience for mobile apps or digital products
● Adept at overseeing the complete design journey – from conceptualization to wireframing/storyboarding, and final layout creation for both mobile and desktop platforms

● Expert-level proficiency in design software and technologies, including Adobe XD,
Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma

● Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Angular, and technologies like
HTML, JS, and CSS

● Experience in managing multiple projects, using design to advance progress by proposing solutions and showing collaborators what is possible before final content or images are delivered to the designer.

● You are fluent in using tools like Google suite, Google analytics, Discord,
Monday.com, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and video editing software.
