Translation Coordinator (italian)

 

Description:

Our client seeks a skilled translator and copy editor to ensure translated marketing communications align with their branded voice. This role involves refining automated translations to match the client's tone across various materials (blog posts, emails, website banners, CTAs, etc.).

 

**Must be fluent in Italian**

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate, localize, and edit copy for various campaigns and products.
  • Identify and address process gaps, coordinating with stakeholders on solutions.
  • Manage ticket statuses, ensuring critical tickets are handled promptly.
  • Monitor pipeline health and ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Meet SLAs for response and completion times.
  • Perform QA checks on translated copy.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate customer messaging.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in the specified language or as a native speaker.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, managing pipelines and improving workflows.
  • Proven ability to identify workflow improvements and implement solutions.
  • Experience crafting customer-facing communications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
