Transformation Manager

Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently hiring for an independent management consultancy based in their New York office. They specialise in complex transformation from design and strategy through to technical delivery.

They are looking to hire and develop passionate, talented consultants, giving you the opportunity to grow by helping our clients with their most pressing challenging, working alongside their leadership teams. They have a strong focus on personal and professional development, with a partner to consultant ratio of 1:4.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6-10 years’ consulting experience
• A level of at least ‘Manager’ or ‘Senior Manager’ grade or equivalent at a top-tier consulting firm
• Experience managing a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills
• A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with FTSE 250 clients
• Adept at communicating complex ideas persuasively and concisely
• An interest and exposure to technology as a key component of your projects
• A desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from strategy to delivery
