Description:

S&P Global is seeking a Manager, Transaction Management & Channel Distribution to join the Chief Client Office (CCO) team. The Partnerships team within the CCO drives enterprise innovation and growth by managing relationships with information service providers, technology providers, redistributors, clearing houses, exchanges, execution platforms, and other key partners. This role will collaborate with sales, product, and legal stakeholders to support licensing and distribution of S&P Global’s products and services across strategic vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and contribute to process improvements, automation, and scalable actions to enhance the partnership program.
  • Facilitate redistribution, partner, and channel management licensing opportunities.
  • Evaluate, structure, draft, and negotiate term sheets and agreements with vendors, service providers, and partners.
  • Assist in creating and implementing licensing and governance frameworks for commercial policies, best practices, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain metric reports based on data from internal tools, workflows, and Salesforce.
  • Support execution and maintenance of internal technical applications used for partner enablement.
  • Prioritize workflow and analyze business trends to optimize licensing and distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments and stakeholders to support partnership functions.

What We Are Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in partnerships, financial services, software, technology, data, or professional services.
✅ Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Undergraduate degree required; preference for candidates with partnership experience, legal education, or related background.
✅ Experience in partnership program management, sales enablement, product management, or legal teams is a plus.
✅ Ability to handle global client relationships and navigate complex licensing agreements.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge the status quo tactfully.
✅ Detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic, big-picture approach.
✅ Knowledge of intellectual property licensing frameworks, transaction lifecycles, and contract negotiation.
✅ Ability to prioritize high volumes of inquiries and balance business growth with IP protection.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: $85,773 - $130,000 per year ($7,148 - $10,833 per month)
