Traffic Marketing

Description:

The Marketing Traffic Associate supports the East Marketing team with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects and operations. This role is responsible for managing marketing traffic, ensuring all requests and projects move seamlessly through the workflows & processes that support business efforts. The ideal candidate excels at organization, planning, implementation, and multi-tasking and has experience in project management.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects such as emails, print, digital, direct mail, social media and more

Manages marketing traffic including projects, tasks, requests, and timelines in the Workfront project management system.

Assign requests and projects to creative resources and team members, depending on their availability and priorities.

Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.

Collaborate with team members on project details, provide progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues

Determining deadlines for each stage of ongoing and future projects and ensuring that the marketing team members respect them

Analyzing project efficiency and suggesting improvements to ensure our marketing initiatives deliver the expected results

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of marketing project management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software

Strong attention to detail, highly organized and deadline-driven

Strong time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take direction and efficiently manage projects to meet deadlines

Flexible and adaptable; able to switch between different projects with ease

Comfortable gathering information quickly and efficiently

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
