Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual with experience in the construction industry to join our team as a **Tool Manager & Material Supply Coordinator**. This role involves managing the tool room, tracking inventory, and coordinating material supply to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the job site.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and organize the tool room, ensuring tools are properly stored, maintained, and easily accessible.

- Keep a detailed log of tools loaned out to team members and ensure timely returns.

- Inspect tools for functionality and arrange repairs or replacements as necessary.

- Coordinate and perform material supply errands, ensuring construction teams have the necessary tools and materials on time.

- Assist with inventory management for construction materials, tools, and supplies.

- Communicate with site teams to ensure all tool and material needs are met in a timely manner.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the construction industry, specifically in tool management and material supply.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for running material supply errands.
