Facilitate visitor experiences in Art Lab including: greeting visitors and introducing the main ideas of the space; suggesting age-appropriate activities and helping visitors engage with them; connecting what visitors are doing/exploring in the lab with information about artists and artwork in MoMA’s collection; suggesting ways to continue exploration, both in the Museum galleries and outside world.
Assist with the daily maintenance of the space, including cleaning and stocking/organizing materials.
Work with MoMA Guest Specialists who are responsible for tracking attendance, administering visitor surveys, helping greet visitors, establishing waiting lists and answering Museum-related questions.
