Technology Business Analyst

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing fundraising solutions with the ability to apply fundraising strategy best practices and strategy. The candidate will be leading client design sessions, collaborating with our development team, driving fundraising initiatives, and contributing to the growth and success of our fundraising service offerings. This role works closely with our Nonprofit, Government, and Education leadership team and is instrumental in establishing and delivering strategic fundraising service areas to establish a foundation for long-term success and growth.

 

  • Lead and manage client implementations of their fundraising solution through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support)
  • Document client business requirements and ensure all have been satisfied through the implementation
  • Manage, coordinate, and delegate work of development teams
  • Serve as the “face of fundraising” and act as a subject matter expert in presales and business development efforts around Microsoft and Salesforce-based fundraising solutions
  • Help establish a fundraising solution strategy by working with our channel partners
  • Develop fundraising technology roadmaps and strategic alignment for clients
  • Work with Marketing Account Managers to set fundraising marketing strategy and calendar working across leadership on strategic focuses

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of solution architecture and implementation experience (MS Dynamics 365 Fundraising and Engagement, Raiser's Edge, or Salesforce for Nonprofits)
