Techno/functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Field Service implementations.
• Configure and customize Oracle Field Service applications to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Field Service applications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams on Oracle Field Service functionalities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Field Service with other Oracle Utilities applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Utilities and Field Service Management.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle Field Service, particularly in Oracle Utilities environments.
• Strong understanding of utility-related business processes.
• Proficient in Oracle Field Service configurations, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Oracle certifications related to Oracle Field Service or Utilities are a plus.
