Technical Business Analyst

Description:

Quantum World IT is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Technical BA) with over 10 years of experience for a full-time position in Austin, TX. The role requires working from the office 3-4 days a week and involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to drive business and technical solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Generative AI (GenAI).

• Java experience is a plus.

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret business and industry data using data analytics tools.

• Excellent documentation skills, including System Architecture Documents (SAD) and other technical documentation.

• Experience in organizing project documentation using Confluence.

• Ability to identify and communicate with key stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing KPIs, financial reports, and key metrics.

• Liaise between various business departments and teams to facilitate smooth operations.

• Skilled in business process modeling and assessing process improvement opportunities.

• Strong collaboration skills with project managers and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare daily and weekly status reports for tracking progress.
