The Role:
- Take charge of the growth and development of our tax advisory business.
- Foster meaningful connections with leaders of forward-thinking entrepreneurial organizations.
- Guide and mentor a team of tax professionals to facilitate their growth.
- Identify potential clients, establish relationships, hold business meetings, assess needs, propose solutions, negotiate terms, and secure lucrative tax advisory projects.
- Deliver top-notch tax services to sophisticated entrepreneurial businesses and high net worth individuals.
- Oversee and evaluate tax engagements.
- Formulate and execute tax strategies while providing clients with advice on the tax implications.
- Conduct in-depth research and address complex tax and accounting issues.
- Engage in negotiations with tax authorities if necessary.
- Design and implement tax strategies while advising clients on the associated tax consequences.
- Manage and review tax engagements.
- Conduct comprehensive research and address tax-related concerns.
- Engage in negotiations with tax authorities as required.
- Cultivate and leverage meaningful relationships with forward-thinking organizations.
- Identify target clients, establish connections, hold business meetings, identify needs, propose solutions, negotiate terms, and secure profitable tax advisory projects.
The Person:
- Possesses high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong dedication to surpassing expectations.

- Exhibits a quick learning ability, enabling them to make an immediate impact and deliver value-added services.
- Holds a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Possesses a CPA or EA certification.
- Has previous experience in client services.
- Has a minimum of five years of experience in tax-related roles.
- Familiarity with partnership and individual tax returns.
- Experience with state and local tax matters.
- Able to work an average of approximately 48-50 hours per week.
- Exhibits business development acumen.
