Description:
We're looking for Talent Acquisition Lead to support TikTok Advertising team. You will work hand in hand with business to achieve our recruitment goals. You will support business and recruiting leaders on key hiring initiatives and efforts across a variety of critical programs. To include, but not limited to: recruitment process optimization, recruitment analytics & reporting, talent research& sourcing, diversity recruiting strategy and enhanced candidate experience, etc.
What You Will Do:
1. Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model and hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
2. Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill the business team's recruiting goals.
4. Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
5. Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 8 years’ experience with 2 years people management exprience, specific in technology/IT recruiting, international recruiting experience is preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experiences.
3. Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
4. Ability to think globally and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
6. Experience leading diverse teams.
