to support our customers in the implementation and integration of ScriptRunner and provide professional scripting services for them.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Happiness: Act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing comprehensive support for all inquiries and issues related to ScriptRunner. Assist potential customers during POC and ensure their engagement with the product.
- Implementation and Integration: Assist our customers in the implementation of ScriptRunner and its seamless integration into their existing IT infrastructure.
- Scripting Services: Deliver scripting services for our customers, developing customized solutions based on Powershell.
- Consultation and Training: Advise our customers on optimizing their IT processes and conduct training sessions on the effective use of ScriptRunner.
- Helpdesk: You are always close to the customer and assist our helpdesk, including on-call duty for approx. 5 pt on bank holidays.
- Documentation: Help creating technical documentation and guides for our customers.
- New Challenges: Attend trade shows and community events at home and abroad, in person, virtually or hybrid..
Your Profile:
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on IT infrastructures.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various IT infrastructures and operating systems especially of Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Microsoft server applications and cloud services. You also have wide technology background with emphasis on Active Directory, Azure AD, virtualization environments as well as networking and security.
- Powershell Expert: Excellent knowledge and extensive practical experience in using and creating Powershell scripts.
- Customer Orientation: Strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
- Self-Reliance: High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to share your knowledge and experience.
