Duties

 

  • Supports the R&S Director and serves as the senior acquisition expert overseeing synchronization of acquisition support operations within the Directorate enabling Supply Chain Optimization in support of AMLC Direct Reporting Units (DRUs) and outside organizational stakeholders.
  • Serves as the first level supervisor to the Product Support Integration Division (PSID) Chiefs and second level supervisor to their subordinates.
  • Provides strategic oversight and guidance to the cataloging and customer service initiative in support of MEDLOG in Campaigning (MiC). The efforts support streamlining medical materiel ordering and medical device maintenance while posturing the Army to be medically ready to transition quickly from peacetime at home station to an active operational environment.

  • This position requires a secret security clearance.
  • This position may require up to 10% TDY
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 48 months of entrance on duty.
  • This position requires a Supervisory Probationary Period
  • CAP Position- Selectee must execute a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.
