- Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise, providing individualized styling advice and creating memorable experiences.
- Utilize your strong sales acumen to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the boutique’s success.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure product displays are aesthetically aligned with our brand’s image.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and designers, enhancing product knowledge to better serve customers.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the overall growth and excellence of the boutique.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stylist in luxury retail, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.
- Passion for fashion, art, and luxury, with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Commitment to fashion with integrity through impeccable presentation and customer service standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
