Leads strategic project problem solving efforts by helping the team identify and define key issues, develop hypotheses and design required analyses. Provides problem solving leadership across entire project to cross-functional teams. Guides the team in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifies creative information sources and approached and pushes the team to develop new insights. Oversees and reviews team analytics to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Creates structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights and recommendations. Communicate team recommendations to executive leadership team and field questions and concerns. Communicates learnings and insights across cross-functional team, strategy team leadership and executive sponsors. Develops strong working relationships with sponsoring executives related to project work.
Reviews and provides guidance to cross-functional sub-teams in developing robust and detailed workplans. Manages overall project work plans, defining approach, timing and key deliverables. Ensures that cross-functional team meets all project deliverables and timelines.
