The Strategic Initiatives team, within the org, has the mission to spin up and lead new initiatives to support the org’s growth and hit its goals, run the business, bring together a community of cross-functional GTM team members, incubate new growth ideas, and lastly, drive forward an executive sponsorship program and broader executive engagement. As a Strategic Initiatives Manager on the team, you will be responsible for GTM strategy planning and insights building for the leadership and extended teams within the org, expanding our insights and intelligence capabilities, conducting business performance reviews, and build quarterly and annual updates to leadership. Your work will give you exposure to the executive sales team and contribute to our overall strategy and help drive its successful execution. This individual should be able to dive deep into solving problems while maintaining a broad perspective. This role is full-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive go-to-market strategy and insights for the org in collaboration with other teams including portfolio growth analyses, peer studies, industry and customer deep dives, etc.
  • Lead business performance reviews and support related annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Lead projects on delivering automated insights and intelligence to the leaders and teams in collaboration with Analytics and our other platform teams
  • Drive best-in-class end to end management for initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for identified key initiatives
  • Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
  • Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. product, field sales, ops) to identify opportunity, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Build consensus with cross-functional collaborators, including proper hand off to relevant stakeholders for execution of strategic initiatives
  • Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output & growth results

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, tech strategy, strategy and operations function, or similar
  • Past experience in strategic analyses, data modeling, and executive storytelling
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • High energy, disciplined execution and prioritization skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
  • Ability to work independently on assignments and complex issues
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
  • Collaborative team player
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
  • Experience in self-serving data through Tableau and / or PowerBI instances a plus
  • Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
