Strategic Business Development
- Formulate, initiate & implement the business strategy and engagement plan to lead the sales and BU team achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share
- Drive demand creation, implement the platform & solution selling.
- Developing relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D and sourcing management, coordinate supporting actions and resolve application issues
- Lead the customer engagement and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, sale, field applications engineering team etc.) to complete the Design in to Design won cycle.
- Leverage the business and market knowledge to synthesize market input and help BU identify new business opportunities, drive the new product roadmap to win
- Business unit for demand management, drive the customer commitment for the new business, manage customer’s design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
- Developing strategic relationships with the key customer’s executives, implement strategic initiatives and address customer requirements
- Foster strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets and teamwork
- Drive evaluation of our products at customers and create design wins
- Assist with developing business models and creative deal terms to align strategic priorities with partners, and startups.
- Drive KPIs, metrics and executive level reporting of results
- Build strong business relationship and partnership with key customers and ecosystem partners including car OEMs, Tier ones, CMIs, IDHs, platform vendors to drive the demand creation and enable the successful acquisition of business opportunities.
- Work closely with BU product marketing and Sales team to establish go-to-market strategy and facilitate its implementation
- Acquire deep understanding of market intelligence. Analyze and understand customer’s business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities, market requirements, competition product strategy and competitive landscape. Lead the collaborative effort with BU product marketing in defining product roadmap and delivering desired product and system solutions on timely basis
- Drive business development plans with regional sales teams and personally drive adoption of new technology initiatives at the wider ecosystem.
- Identify gaps in market based on complex analyses of market, customer, technology, and other ecosystem demands to define next generation products.
- Market new and complex products through business marketing opportunities such as conferences, congresses, and direct customer contact and drives product launch efforts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations regarding a product roadmap that explains and demonstrates products managed to customers.
- Translate customer feedback and external environment into potential changes for the differentiated product roadmap and communicates this to senior leaders.
- Initiate programs to create demand and differentiation, then manage the programs to completion and Track success in the market
- Drive image sensor ecosystem development with key SoC partners, OEMs and image sensor module makers across the globe
- Use deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or conflicting; advanced data analysis and interpretation skills are required
