Description:
Cencora is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Support Specialist to manage day-to-day relationships with strategic accounts while providing superior customer service and operational support. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle billing, order management, reporting, and customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Manage customer relationships by understanding and addressing strategic account needs.
✔ Provide customer service via phone, email, and CRM (Orbit) system.
✔ Analyze and resolve billing, accounting, order fulfillment, and shipment discrepancies.
✔ Process product returns and credits for damaged or lost shipments.
✔ Generate weekly reports and ad hoc analysis as needed.
✔ Assist in onboarding and training new associates in customer service operations.
✔ Handle escalated customer concerns by proactively recommending solutions.
✔ Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with policies.
✔ Support process improvements in customer service and operational workflows.
✅ Experienced in customer service or account management (2+ years preferred).
✅ Advanced Excel user (including reporting and data analysis).
✅ Proficient in Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
✅ Adaptable to change and proactive in process improvements.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
🔹 Veterinary clinic or healthcare experience is a plus
🔹 Strong initiative and ability to work independently
💰 $4183 - 5995 monthly salary (based on experience & location)
