Description:
This role bring an amazing opportunity to work with named and large key accounts, provide product solutions, develop new business, to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive ongoing relationships with our customers.
Sales cycles are generally very long and involve broad high-priced systems that require Executive approval from the Customer and the Company alike. It is essential you work with other internal sales personnel to propose specific solutions for a given account or partner.
You will also manage revenue goals for the given accounts and provide regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning account issues, financial status, etc.
Be aware, this role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information, that requires special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
