Description:

We are looking for a Large Enterprise Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team. Ideally, candidates will live in or near their territory and are familiar with the local business climate. You will use your extensive experience, domain expertise and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of UKG Solutions with Large Enterprise prospective customers. You will have confidence in the performance of the solutions you sell and in the quality of service your customers will receive, ensuring your accounts will be satisfied with their decision to go with UKG. UKG offers generous escalating commission percentages, and Club locations are luxurious.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least 8 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, preferably to large, complex organizations with over 1,000 employees.
  • Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
  • Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Leverage your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll and WFM solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • In depth understanding of large account strategic sales process.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with salesforce.com.
  • Deep knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and virtual sales tools such as Zoom and Teams.
