Store Manager

Description:

LensCrafters, a leading name in vision care and part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and enhance the customer experience. This role is crucial in driving sales, ensuring flawless execution of store operations, and coaching a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer & Sales Leadership

• Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service.

• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve store KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer count, and revenue growth.

🔹 Team Development & Store Operations

• Train, mentor, and hire a highly engaged team.

• Guide team members to execute inventory, operational, and visual tasks to company standards.

• Maintain a safe and enjoyable working environment by implementing company safety programs.

🔹 Performance & Business Growth

• Analyze store reports and create action plans to meet or exceed performance targets.

• Drive excellence in merchandise knowledge, cash handling, and operational processes.

• Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements (if applicable) and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

✔ High School diploma or equivalent.
✔ 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
✔ Strong sales, leadership, and team management skills.
✔ Knowledge of optical theory, store merchandise, and business operations.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ College degree or equivalent experience.
➕ State licensure (if applicable) or ABO Certification.
➕ LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification & Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program completion.
➕ Previous experience in customer service and retail.
➕ High-level business acumen and knowledge of LensCrafters Dashboard.
