We are seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Stencil Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Stencil Designer at Pavement Stencil, you will play a critical role in creating custom stencil designs, collaborating with customers to deliver value, managing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and your expertise in stencil materials, you will collaborate with various teams to meet customer requirements and maintain the highest quality standards. Your Key Responsibilities:
Stencil Design:
- Create custom stencil designs using CAD and/or graphic design software while ensuring accuracy and adhering to customer requirements.
- Prepare proofs of stencil designs for customer approval and address feedback as needed.
- Address customer feedback and make necessary revisions to stencil designs until final approval is obtained.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of various stencil materials, including 1/10th, 1/16th LDPE, mylar, aluminum, UHMW, and wood.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and specifications, including but not limited to F.A.A. and D.O.T regulations.
Order Management:
- Manage the end-to-end order process from placement to delivery, coordinating with production and shipping teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer orders and specifications.
- Coordinate with production and shipping departments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on completed stencils to verify accuracy.
Quoting Orders:
- Assess customer requests to provide accurate price quotes for stencil orders.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to finalize pricing and proposals.
Communication and Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Work closely with colleagues in the production department to provide design specifications and ensure the smooth production of stencils.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferred, or
- 2+years of professional experience in graphic design or related roles.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Experience with graphic design tools and concepts.
